Sales
Support Associate
Los Angeles, California
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales and customer support to company's customers, sales team, and representative organizations to ensure excellent services are received. Customer service duties are important part of this position. This person is also responsible for assistance in preparation of quotation summaries, sales forecast, customer activities and reports.
Knowledge working with electronics preferred.
Applications Engineer
Los Angeles, California
Application engineer works closely with our extended sales support organization in document control, engineering change management, design modifications and quality assurance implementation based on customer requirements. Implement design modifications by our OEM customers, work with bill of materials, and qualify alternative sources of components with appropriate documentation and certification for customer approval. Knowledge and skills of using computer software to work with various drawings, schematics and circuitry design will be considered a plus. This team member is part of our technical support team and will interact with our quality control and engineering personnel in China on a regular basis.
EE undergraduate degree with industry experience. Candidate with experience in magnetics, power management, board assembly engineering or related technical support receives preferable consideration.
Quality Assurance Associate
Shanghai, China
Reporting to QC manager, the QC associate is responsible for sample testing and approval, parts originality verification, and incoming inspections. As a quality assurance professional in the front line, this individual certifies outgoing parts to customers and coordinates with plant engineering personnel with various quality issues and requirements including safety agency (UL/CSA), RoHs and environmental requirements and document certification compliance
Legal residential status to work in Shanghai as required under local regulation. Candidate should possess an EE undergraduate degree and experience working with an ISO electronics company in a position of engineering or quality assurance. Candidate with board assembly engineering or technical experience receives preferable consideration.
Basic understanding of English and ability to read English technical documentation required.
